When shooting people for head shots, it is important that the subject is relaxed and feels comfortable because I want their lovely personality to shine through.

So prep and talking is very important so I can take the best photograph.

So let's bring 10 people into a room, it can be in a hotel near your base and we issue them a challenge, to find out four things about each other that they didn't know before, two subjects for the morning and two for the afternoon, these will cause an emotional reaction and our people have to also learn how to use a camera and how to set the lighting for the mod of the shot.

Learning new skills and learning about their colleagues, sounds like a great day!
