Ozzy Osbourne and CorValu DE&I Photography

As we mourn the loss of a truly unique and one off person, a man who lived his life as his true and authentic self, I am reminded of one of his songs, Changes.

Everything changes, it always has and always will, CorValu Photography is changing, we specialise in workplace culture photography for financial services companies, that is a big step into a further niche, proving our speciality and expertise.

Changes are not easy, changing a work place culture is not easy, marketing a business and making the right connections is not easy, it takes hard and consistent work.

But people are at the heart of it all, and always will be, would you trust a robot for financial advice, or another, flawed, imperfect, emotional human being?

The speed of change is as fast as you let change in, some race to embrace new and unproven tech, some test and learn and some wait to see what the impacts are, be true to who you are during the never ending race to change.

Show up, write in the way that you speak and be authentic and share about what you care about.

I have been working on my web site, with outsourced help and taken big steps there, I have rewritten my LinkedIn bio and the company page to better distinguish the two, I am not my company but my company is me and communicating that has been an interesting challenge and one I have enjoyed.

I am enjoying showing the emotional side of why we specialise in work place culture, why people matter, how people make a difference.

People need to feel valued and heard, especially at work, especially if you are disabled.

DE&I and DE&I photography as part of a work place culture is a must for us, your people should be there based in ability, not mobility. It goes back to one of our core values, people should be able to be their true, authentic selves and feel safe to be.

Then you have an inclusive work place culture worth photographing.
